Why is it, that now, after one and one-half years of having Intel based Macs, do game developers release new patches, and yet do not bother making them universal binaries? I understand that Starcraft is a game that will likely run fine on an Intel Mac under Rosetta, but if they release an update this late into the Intel transition, there is no reason not to Unversalize it. The point is we shouldn't HAVE to emulate this game under Rosetta...
This is a great modernization of the classic game! It remains faithful while enhancing the graphics and gameplay to new levels. Thanks for this great port!
Don't mean to flame, but why would you buy icons that aren't even commercially usable? Sounds like a scam to me. If you're going to charge for them, make them stock icons.
It's good to see that us Mac users will be able to actually use the PSP when it comes out. I was getting worried that when I do get one when they come out over here in the states, that I would be unable to transfer data to it because I don't run Windows. I think that it is unfair of Sony to ignore us Mac users and make their software PC only. This looks like a promising program, and I will definately try it fully once I get a PSP.
My only complaint about this program is that it's not free. I know, the developer is trying to make some money, but that's taking advantage of the fact that there currently is nothing else. Please, if someone else is considering starting a free/opensource software like this, I encourage you to do so.
This looks very promising and I hope to see it improved in the future. I would love to see the day when something better than Virtual PC comes along(which would be just about anything XD).
I wouldn't care whether this ran in the X11 environment or not, although, I like the prospect of running Windows apps without going through the X11 environment.
I downloaded this preview, and think that it will improve greatly over time. I won't post a rating though, because this is just the Developer Preview Alpha.
Excellent, Excellent, Excellent Program! I've needed something like this for ages! Before this, I would open up TextEdit every time I needed a word checked, but no more!
The Good:
1. Unobtrusive(used it for this word :D); small window that doesn't get in the way.
2. Fast; Just type the word then a space and you have a result!
3. Dictionary; I like the idea of loading the online dictionary.
4. Window Levels; The fact that you can set the window level is very cool.
5. The Price; it's free! Free is good!
The Bad:
1. Not quite perfect; The Apple Spellchecker isn't perfect, but that's in the system, not the fault of this application.
I hope to see even more of this little app!
