Coolbook is a handy (if sometimes troublesome) piece of software brought to it's knees by the most draconian licence terms I've seen!

"This license will work with one unique computer only. The customer is allowed to reset the license once. This in the event of broken and repaired computer.
It is not possible to transfer the license to a new computer."

This makes Adobe and their much criticised activation terms of their Creative Suite look like Santa Claus.

I sympathise will developers who put a lot of time and effort into writing and supporting applications and wish to make some money from it without it being being posted to every torrent site imaginable. This developer, IMHO, simply goes to far though and appears to view everyone as a potential copyright infringer. Therefore I, for one, will not be parting with my cash under these terms.
