Version 11.0.5 hosed my DVD writer after installing 11.0.5. Gets 99 percent done and then just freezes and never completes the burn.

To Dirty Harry: No. WRONG. It is a LaCie and it works fine now after reinstalling 11.0.4. Absurd? No you are!

I never said it killed my writer. If you took the time to read what I said more closely you would have noticed I said I reinstalled Toast 11.0.4 and everything was fine after that. You are the retard.

I bought both Vivideo and Fantashow within a couple of days of each other. I like them both and have had NO trouble with either application.

The price is right, too, comparing it to Foto Magico Pro.

Sorry, I was comparing Fantashow to FotoMagico PRO not Express. I just find Fantashow easier to follow.

I make the slideshow, send it to Mac HD and then drag the result and burn in Vivideo without having to use iDVD (which I do not like). Or you can send directly using Share and sending either to Mac HD or iDVD.

I hope that helps. I never did get the hang of iDVD.

I guess I have to comment again since the first one did not take.

As a registered user of Amadeus for more than a year I have been very satisfied but being retired spending 39.99 to upgrade to version 2.0 is a little too steep for me. I'll have to forgo this one and stick with version 1.

I purchased this app as part of a MacBundle.
