Key Viewer

I was unable to get Key Viewer to work once I upgraded to Snow Leopard.

Compared to JimW's method, there's a slightly different way to access Keyboard Viewer in Snow Leopard. Same method, just different names and menus.
Here's how I do it in OS 10.6.3:

~ Open system preferences
~ Click on “Language & Text”
~ Click on “input sources” tab
~ Tick box at top of list that says “keyboard & character viewer”
~ Then tick box on bottom right of the window that says “show input menu in menu bar”
~ From this input menu, select “show keyboard viewer”.

Done! =)

Free Focused Scroll

Same problem for me... it installs, I restart, then open up preferences and put in all the settings I want, only to have it not work =(
iBook G4 with OS 10.3.9

I really want the 2 fingered scroll and now I'm stuck with iScroll which keeps resetting my prefs every time I shut down computer =(

Message to the developer: please fix the problem! Most of us can't use the app at all when it's like this. Same for anyone else who knows how to fix the program.

Apparently the newer version 2.0 is not as compatible, and has some CD-ROm issues, that's prob why MacUpdate have kept the latest version at 1.2a2.

I just downloaded 0.97rc1, onto my 30GB 14" iBook with Mac OS 10.3.9.
I can't open the disk image, i keep getting a message saying it is corrupt.
I don't have a huge download limit so i'm pretty annoyed >=(
