Apple iOS

Benevision had trouble on 22 Jun 2010

To avoid the two hour iTunes download wait I've downloaded the plugin file direct from this page.
Some instructions on how to install these files would be helpful.
Double-clicking on them does nothing. They appear to be iTunes plugins so I tried placing it in the iTunes plugins folder in the root library. Nothing doing...
Any tips?
