I have been using this program for many years, in combination with Lyx and Skim. I am not a power user, but the automatic filing was easy enough to set up. Highly recommended for Academics!

OfficeTime Time & Expense Tracking

I recently purchased a copy of OfficeTime after testing it for a week. I quite like it, but there are two improvements I would like to suggest:

It would be great to be able to assign a shortcut key to "Pause Project". Since the name of the project changes in the menu, I wasn't able to do this via the Keyboard Shortcut utility in the System Preferences.

Also, it would be nice if the help file was searchable and integrated with OS X. Currently there is only an FAQ, which is not searchable.

Quicksilver

First of all, many thanks to the developers who keep this fantastic app alive!!!

I use Quicksilver as a launcher with very few plugins (address book and safari modules). B57 is very stable for me, no crashes, only the dropdown hangs once in a while and takes a minute to recover.

B58, unfortunately, crashes all the time on my machine (Macbook C2D, 10.6.2), for now I will stick to B57.
