I tried the WebDumper demo and it was not great but it seemed to do the job. When I decided to get the software, I cannot believe how many thing it missed including putting a lot of trash on the page.

I contacted them immediately, right after I paid for it. I sent them a jpeg of all the problems and corrupted data, yet they won't contact me. I sent email to support but they will ignore me. I then sent email to sales, but I guess they no longer have that department since the email got returned.

I don't understand why people here are saying it's so good. I don't have any friends at MaxPro or whatever the real name of that company is, and certainly am surprised by the good reviews.
