I'm pretty impressed with how iWow makes music richer and warmer, but I have a few large misgivings about the support behind the product. I downloaded the free two week trial of iWow to test it out. When you open iTunes an iWow window pops up asking for you to register it or you can click a Demo or Cancel button. The problem is that neither the Demo nor the Cancel button works. I have to force quit iTunes and then reopen iTunes and when the iWow window pops up it does actually work. I have to do this every time which is just ridiculous. I wrote to iWow's support right away about this and two weeks later I have had no response. The other day they posted a coupon code for iWow to their blog and I was willing to overlook this issue and buy it. The site asks you to login at checkout and I logged in with the login I had created when downloading the trial, however it didn't work. I even had it email me the password twice to be sure and tried to re-register with my email, but it said the address was already registered. It was at this point that I gave up. I really wanted to give them my money, but this is absolutely ridiculous.
