Adopted the pattern of updating Vuescan on every .10 update. The constant updates are a BIG nuisance.
Now, just update on the .40 and to my horror, Vuescan keeps copying itself to Application folder every time I move it into Utitlies folder. WTF!
I have enuff. As for writing, I have removed, deleted Vuescan for my Mac.
Advice for all future folks looking for a scanner software, buy a scanner with good supported drivers like HP and Canon for Mac OS X. Don't buy this shit.

Thanks De-Mu, Name Mangler is great! It's from the same vendor of Butler. It's free and I don't mind sending the developer some donation again. I have dumped Renamer4Mac v2.8 or v3.0 for good.
Don't buy this. Bought this during the promo. Two weeks later, the developer updated it to version 2.0 and rendered my purchase useless. Asked what's going on and the developer said he made a mistake in pricing and begged me to buy for this upgrade.
I luv to help and support developing software. But his reply is simply inexcusable and ridiculous, and his method is despicable.
