Bought this over 1 month ago - on the promise that it works with !0.5.8 on my 2009 Macbook Pro - yes it did seem to work for a few times but as soon as I check what's been actually saved - they all comes out jumbled and pretty much useless and I am not talking about the OCR, I am referring to the actual image being acquired. Emailed the author for help - not much use except an advice that I should upgrade to 10.6 instead. The concept is good but the software is buggy as hell - with the price, get yourself a scanner instead.
