Very glad to hear that Apparent Software have acquired Socialite. One of my top-used apps now in the hands of best developers it's a great news indeed!
I am using it since it was called 'EventBox', and I'm familiar with Apparent Software, so I hope you'll give a good kick to this app.
Very useful application - saves all you passwords and log-ins.
The user interface is clear and simple, and it even integrates with all the popular browsers.
The main disadvantage of it in my opinion - it's too costly for just a password-management application. A price of $19 would be much better-fitting for an application of this kind.
Great and useful application - without it you can't find your way with all this multitude of chatting applicaitons, like iChat, gTalk, Facebook etc.
I also had the Facebook issue, hope it will be solved by the beta release.
I never thought I can be excited about personal finance application, but I do now. I considered all the concept of personal finance applications boring, and used spreadsheets for home finance management until now because all applications I tried were very complex and daunting.
Cashculator surprised me by being very simple and intuitive, and the interactive tutorials walk you by the hand and teach you the various aspects of the application. It took me less than half an hour to learn the application and to transfer all my my spreadsheet information into it.
In my opinion, there are still some small features lacking in the application, like having entries on certain months only, but the developers seem very responsive to user's requests, so it seems they will keep developing this application and add additional cool features :-)
I got Cashculator for 19.95 with a coupon - seems like a good bargain (much cheaper than most other application of that sort).
Regarding previous user comment regarding a way to insert actual account balance - you just enter a number at relevant month in reconcile screen.
