I don't understand. It says that you can send tones to your phone without cables, but it appears that all this program does, is make files for songs. How do you actually get it to your phone?

This version shows up as 2.5.3 (build 1062) when installed, but MacUpdate Desktop sees it without the build number. So it always looks like there is a newer version out.
