I'm growing increasingly frustrated with the last version of Papers. It crashes about 10-15 times a day, for no apparent reason -- either I just edit some metadata field, or try to add a paper, or just click on the paper I want to read -- not that I'm doing anything sophisticated.
Further, the rate of updates is extremely slow. Yes, now it's a little bit more stable than in March when it first came out, but it's nowhere near where it should be. There is no UI for editing authors/journals, and no autocomplete. While the roadmap says that the engine is there, and the UI is almost done, it's been like that several months already. If something is "almost done," it's not supposed to take several months?
It's a major downgrade from the previous version, and it's stability is not even on a beta version level, it still feels more like alpha-version.
