Absolute Backgammon

Alan-Davis reviewed on 25 Mar 2011
I just don't understand all the rave reviews. I find the play absurdly uneven. The computer rolls about 5 times as many doubles; never, I mean never, misses a blot; always covers its blots on next roll; and just gets the perfect roll 95% of the time. Yawn.

Seems to work as intended. Will use a bit more before paying just to be sure. Very nice utility.

Like previous version, I am getting spinning beach ball when selecting Clean Application Font Caches (have all 3 apps checked). Have to force quit from Dock. Anyone else able to successfully clean application font caches from the Tools menu?

Bosskev, thank you for response and I hope it works (see at work tomorrow). I do know that the problem does not happen on my PowerBook G4, but does happen on the Mac Pro (Intel) at work.

Sad to say, the Clean App Caches does indeed crash the MacPro. The Clean App Cache dialog box doesn't leave after clicking "Clean" which means you cannot move or reduce the main window of the app. It does appear however that the Authorization window is behind the app, because after I force quit the app and the app window is gone, the Authorization window is there. Looks like an Intel processor machine bug.
