It's a pitty that this cool piece of software doen't work anymore on Snow Leopard. I'm really missing it!!.

Why would anyone need this tool, at least in Snow Leopard? The OS includes this features using keyboard short cuts. Just click alt-shift-Volume key to change the volume in smaller increments, Voila.
