Finally, a usable invoicing application. This application is full-featured but does not sacrifice polish or intuitiveness. The interface reflects its straightforward operation that integrates line-items with timed tasks and makes printing attractive invoices mindlessly simple.
Like most such applications, On The Job includes a task timer; the idle warning (if you stop working but forget to stop your timer) is a godsend. This software does exactly what I, at least, need in an organized, logical way.
There are about ten million freelancing time-tabulator apps out there, but I can say that this is the only one I haven't eventually gotten frustrated with. Its interface is simple and direct; the menu bar item is a great convenience; the idle timer is a godsend.
No invoicing and no exporting, but it gets the job done and gets out of my way.
Not to derogate this program, but I have to agree with the previous two posters that LotsaWater just looks more realistic -- and is more entertaining -- than this saver.
Since Notational Velocity, which has its own slew of frustrating limitations, this is the only note-taking software I've been able to use comfortably for more than five minutes. Full-featured, stable, and, above all, transparent. Notae finally gets it right at a downright reasonable price.
