Ollie's iPod Extractor

Ollie's extracted from my Ipod. However when I installed into I tunes some songs only play for a few seconds. the entire song is there as I can fast forward or start half way through the song. However, when left to play from the beginning it stops after a few seconds. does anyone know how to fix this?

Didn't work at all I just got an Applescript Error of /bin/sh: line/usr/bin/open list is too long?

What does this mean? Can it be fixed?
