how can I get support from you? I have a lifetime serial number which does not work after the upgrade. if I lodge a support ticket it gives me autoresponder e-mail which does not address my issue and tells me to e-mail postbox support just to receive the same auto responder message again.
every trouble ticket I Lodge from your website is automatically closed as soon as it's lodged.
what's going on here???????

the new integration is Alpha status and does not work on so many ends.
just look at the forum posts and amount of issues posted everyday.
not a software I can recommend anymore
more often than not it does not work

The commanding, correcting of text is not very intuitive and again often have struggled to recognise what you wanted to correct. I think there should be shortcuts for these. Overall it's kind of usable but I still always need the keyboard to correct and 666 for example right now reckon will not recognise fix but even after training insists it's the number 6.

use to be the best app but now its becomes useless new interface for FF is horrible and won't let me easily save passwords any more and the tine window is a users nightmare, functionality is constantly broken due to updates especially in Rockmelt and Chrome.
I'm using this since it's early stages but may be looking around for something else soon if this is not fixed...

Could you let us know what you road map for URL manager pro is?
Is this just a lion compatibility update and you go back to sleep?
Will you improve this further, update the UI, ad new features?
This would be great to know before forking out money again for your neglected software?

I installed this update on 5 different machines and every time the updated appears to install correctly and the machine restarts but the update is actually not applied and some software will stop working.
If you run software update it will show the update again and about my Mac will still show 10.6.4
I installed via software update and combo update and both with the same result.

You can not change permissions recursively and choose
Apply to enclosed Files
Apply To enclosed folders
Apply to enclosed files AND folders
but have to apply it to everything which is really bad!!
Please fix this
