I realy apreciate this peace of software but the only thing I need it for is to access ms windows based servers via VNC.

Is it possible that you implement a button that let the bonjour-scanner deactivate?

I tried the app because I am curious in new things. Nice implementation in the system UI server but what´s the benefit of that app?

Hey, this is one of the most useful and problem solving applications ever. I love it.
Its part of the standard-installation of every mac I administer.
Networking problems are solved in shortest time.
