Per below, I had no problem installing 12.1.0r150 on OSX 10.6 on a 2012 Mac Pro -which is supposedly only able to run lion but the 2012 Pros run 10.6 just fine.

links are bad. Correct links 10.6/10.7 version http://www.selur.de/sites/default/files/hybrid_downloads/Hybrid_140225_mac_10.6.zip and the 10.8 version http://www.selur.de/sites/default/files/hybrid_downloads/Hybrid_140225_mac_10.8.zip are available here
2.5.1 is available http://downloads.sourceforge.net/xviservicethief/xVST_2_5_1-intel.dmg
I had hopes it could be used to resolve the 10.5 issue with "error -6602" inability to mount smb volumes. Sadly not. Still useful.
Why would anyone pay for this garbage let alone pay $29.95? There are many free youtube downloaders and free converters out there. And there also cheap if you feel you must spend money -but this!?! You have to be daft if after reading the negative reviews you felt compelled to spend so much money with this company. And for any paid program to also implement spamming adds on your system is unethical, deplorable and just down right filthy.
According to their website the app store version does not support 10.6 while the direct download does http://www.simpleapps.eu/simplemind/desktop#trial
This is terrible! I use Sea Monkey and have been stuck at lower versions. I upgraded to 10.5 and to this. WTF! This is so unbelievable slow I want to shoot myself in the head. Everything hangs! Everything fails to load on pages (images) or overwrites the same area -it's like it has no clue how to handle webcode! I switched back to the older version and everything is fine (no changes to the preferences of the browser). My system is in perfect working order (repaired permissions, diskwarrior cleaned) but this browser version STINKS! And from reading the other reviews seems to be consistently BAD! This should be called SeaTURTLE because that's it's speed. If you are considering downloading this...DONT! You'll regret it and be posting like I am.
I have a portable hardrive that I move from mac to mac. Different operating systems change the icon positions. I'd like to keep it organized and appearing the same way but moving from 10.6 to 10.8 moves things all over the place and so on moving between 10.7 & 10.9 only 10.6 and lower retain the same positions. None of this occurred until 10.7 and its only gotten worse since. Will this program have an effect on external drive's volume root appearance? If not anyone know which will?
Nanu Nanu! Oh wait, that was Exidor. Stop chewing on my robes Pepe! Welcome to The Friends of Venus.
