This is not a software purchase as much as a subscription. Next year there will be a hefty 'renewal' if you want updates. After five months, updates were ceased on my version 11 I bought last year. I will not support this monetization scheme again.
Not perfect, but an invaluable asset in managing updates on multiple computers. I renewed at a bargain rate, but would have gladly renewed at list price. I use it every day on four machines and the notification of updates on such a timely basis is beyond my imagination. I own hundreds of programs and have been a Mac user since 1984 (Apple II before). MUST HAVE for most users.
And Frequent Updates for System updates, too!
I think I might pass on this update. I might instead get today's second or third update instead. ;-)
This application cannot handle mixed orientation pages as many documents are. Auto rotation failed 3 out of 4 pages in a single document. I was doing duplex documents on a Xerox Documate 152, which is listed as compatible. Xerox software does fine under Windows with Parallels.
Great App for Viewing massive amount of items in the menubar. Great for control freaks.
Albeit somewhat late, this version performs well with Mountain Lion and I am once again a happy user! I can now leave it running without problems. Thanx to the developers! I use this program multiple times every day.
After three hours on phone troubleshooting upgrade from XP to Windows 8, support agreed to escalate to level 2 and suggested "Call Microsoft" Still get error "This machine not compatible".
Must have productivity tool from a Developer that provides superior support (if ever needed)! Default Folder makes every Mac better and you more productive. DF is an inexpensive investment that pays for itself in a hurry.
I trust this developer (also LaunchBar, another must). I got years of updates and support until now and if it isn't perfect yet, according to past performance, it will be soon. I paid my money now, rather than later. If I never bought software anywhere but the App Store, I might consider it less important, but I would rather be safer.
It would be a shame to see a day go by without a Flash update.
