Fantastic app, helped me organize my sprawling iTunes library quickly and neatly.
Amending my review since my previous one was based purely on my admittedly frustrating inability to purchase the upgrade. MDRP has been one of my favorite apps for years, and this new version is the best yet.
As a long-time user of MDRP, the fact that my attempts to purchase the upgrade are met with a nebulous 'payment cannot be processed' are infuriating, as are my ignored requests for support. Seriously, I've made payment with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal, all valid accounts in perfect standing, and then rejected by MDRP every time. Deeply annoying, frustrating, and at a certain point a dealbreaker. Developers, I ask that you to please contact me to help rectify the situation.
Well that was awfully fast, thanks! Please feel free to process any of my payments (but please not all - I tried like 12 times). Thanks very much for the fix, it sounds like the problem is with the payment processor (they're the ones though whom I submitted my support requests as well),. Best, Matt
I've been using it every day for two blogs (one WordPress, one SquareSpace) for months. When I first tried it I wasn't expecting much since Mac blogging apps have always let me down. MarsEdit totally rocked, and rocks, my world.
I'd love to give this 5 stars, I use it quite frequently and it's not only best in class, it's the only one in its class. I wish it were more reliable, less of a system hog, and less expensive. But its accuracy is seeing huge improvements and it gets better with each release - you can't say that about too many apps, sadly, and if you have hand pain and/or write a lot Dragon, for all its flaws, will improve your workflow significantly.
Once great app, no longer works with Leopard and support is dismal. I miss its simplicity but it hasn't worked in quite a long time and there are other apps out there, which get the job done and offer support. What's more troubling is that I originally wrote this review months ago and MacUpdate apparently yanked it, I'd like to think that MU doesn't practice censorship.
Actually my previous review was excactly what I wrote above, calling it a tirade and calling me a liar is welll, a tirade of insults. Not that that's unexpected from you after the flood of hate emails you sent, in lieu of support, when I enquired about the status of my order. Merry Christmas and good luck on shipping a version of Mira that works to your paying customers such as myself.
