I have been using GrandTotal for some times now, defending it as a good tool, despite few bugs (like navigating from a client to his record (history) and landing elsewhere?!). But my frustration is growing as to how support is handled. Hiding behind a statement like: "Submission won't be answered if solution is in the FAQ or Manual" is not good enough. A customer could genuinely struggle finding the answer as I did in few occasions. I doubt that the app is under intense development any longer, leaving time to focus on supporting existing customers. The app is not the most intuitive either. And having partially won this battle is what is keeping it in my Dock and workflow.
The zen way: Bento 4 may not allow you to create any record. Yes you heard: a database with a little bug indeed. Other users on their support page seem to struggle as well with the issue. Think twice and wait until addressed (my advice)
