Reliable, fast and opens source. It also works great when sinking all data across devices. No Apple gimmicks here.
@ chris.com Of course and I agree on the 70% but... My problem is not that of developers making well deserved money. My problem is with Apple for the extortion to the developer, who has to pay a cut (mafia stile), to the end user who either buys at the Apple app store or is out of luck, the Mac community which in the long run is the loser. Cheers
Over the years I have found Growl very useful indeed. Sadly, as it is the case for many other apps, I seem to be stuck in the past...by choice. I refuse to go along with the Apple Store "racket", I would be very happy to pay developers directly and continue to support sites like MacUpdate. It would be fine to offer a more convenient to users, it is down right wrong not to have an option of where to buy. If you buy at the Apple Store you are endorsing Apple's 30% extortion on developers, which you pay. I am honestly surprised more Mac users are NOT making an issue out of this.
Does as advertised, very rarely fails. I only wish it alloweed for ripping/burning specific selections.
