The released version of MAO3 of today freezes MAIL completely and makes non-operable. I found this out after buying the final MAO3 software (Upgrade from MAO2 to MAO3) this morning - very frustrating. The previous prerelease versions worked fine however. Here is a need for immediate action! Besides of that, MAO is my companion since years. I'm sure the guys of Indev will this this also.
Fixed by the developer in no time. Excellent support. Thanks guys. Everything works perfect again.
I rushed this morning following the MacUpdate Promo ad. Was enthused about PM at first sight. But a bit frustrated at second sight. I think I got the idea of the quadrants - however I have not figured out how to do a daily overview. It is the most important view of any task manager to see all due tasks of the day with one glance. But how is this possible wit PM? Clicking "View Report" I get: "You need to be logged in before we can show your daily progress report". What to do? I am logged in for sync and sync'ing seems to work. Strange. Appreciate your help.
I can't imagine to live without this add-on. MailHub ist the most useful piece of utility software I have seen for a while.
After working with OF for years, I got tired waiting for v2.0 to appear. The old OF user interface is really way out of date. After playing with about a dozen alternatives, I found FIRETASK fits best my requirements, is easy to handle, has all functionality needed, is easy to navigate and use, is not as complex as OF is, but also not as lean as Things is. To switch from OF to Firetask is also easy: just drag and drop your tasks. Last not least: When you work with a piece of software on a daily basis, it also looks nice and appealing. Wish list: Subtasks. Attachments.
Looks like this tool does a sound job. It has analyzed my relatively big website and found many areas which need improvement. Obviously a HTML professional would avoid all this errors. I am just an advanced HTML amateur, so for me this program does help a lot. Recommend.
I don't see any clouds in real time. If this is just an animated rotation of a static map then it is not worth the expense. EarthDesk in contrast gives you a real view including clouds.
