Very happy. Pricing is not bad compared to others I've looked at. Easy to use. No separate sign on for payment (is paid through Apple). I had security concerns with other companies. So far very happy. Only item that could be better would be the successful confirmation page. A little more like a fax machine printable confirmation would be great. Also I didn't see syncing between my iPad and Mac machines for the sent items or cover page. Overall I'm very happy.

New user...No so happy with iBank 5.0.3. I tried two of my banks listed thier "Direct Access", and both failed to work for different reasons. I read good reports on this product, so I'll wait to see how their Support responds to my email from yesterday. I hope others have better luck.

I think they are out of business..$9.95 and no key...Their website has not updated the license so I can register. No contact to many emails I've sent. Support doesn't get back to you. The chat is NEVER available. BEWARE: Do not give them any money until you see they are validating the licenses... I've owned v3 and v4....not worth the headache for v5...I wish I had know this before paying. Going to PAYPAL today to try to get a refund.

Paypal Dispute already filed...now I need to wait until MacPilot responses (doubtful) or 11/30...then I'll need to escalate to continue the action to get my money back..what a pain.

Was very hopeful, bought 100G month to try it. When attempting to backup a directory (for multiple MAC Sync'ing), it only looked at the top level directory and not the directories below it...FAIL Asked for help in forums, now answer after weeks (I canceled my account after that)..FAIL Other more minor issues that I could have lived with until fixed. Overall, didn't meet my needs...so I closed my account. I am hopeful the product will mature and I "may" try it again in a year or so...It does have promise, but will another program overtake it before that happens? Who knows. Back to Dropbox for now. cost twice as much, but it works.

Worse than Obama...and that's saying a lot. Back to the old skype SW for me. How could they screw this interface up so badly. Sorry to hear they really don't care about the customers. BTW: Anyone know if the developer that created still has his job, or did they make him a Manager?
