for those like me who loves coda and can't wait for 2.0 here is a cool solution to have it fullscreen: Just use menuanddockless simbl plugin. Same thing if you're using CSSedit, actually discontinued from the author. I wasn't a fan of fullscreen windows in lion but now I can say that with those little gems I simply can't go back to spaces.

even if this genius developer has stopped the updates, I've found a way to have it running fullscreen on lion with css window floating on top. Just use afloat and menuanddockless and you are ready to go.

We all must stop to blame Adobe for this catastrophic piece of software, because even after YEARS web developers continue to use it to embed movies. It's like blaming word because it can't do slideshow or play nicely with mp3. As a web developer I discourage all my colleagues to use flash player and fallback to html5 players. Use tag and let us play video contents as they should, even on old machines or mobile platforms. We don't need flash player to do things that we can do otherwise.

Your point is right, but should we make compromises because they need to push commercials on videos? Do we really need to use GPU because flash is slowing down CPU and eating ram? Do we really need multiple instances flash based commercials on webpages? And tell me, why in the world Vimeo and Youtube are both offering video-tag fallbacks to their players but only for mobile users? Yes, I'm ranting because I've seen during the past 5 years an abuse of the flash platform. And I see the same today with web-based video services. Now we are facing a web where 99% of video players are flash based. Thousands of macs users are blaming it because it's damn slow, so we are looking for alternatives, but we can't have them because of advertising? Is this serious? Browsers developers are going faster than light, developing new versions every two weeks, javascript engines are always better, unratified tools are included on all A-grade browsers. We have all the tools. We can do that. If we desperately need to push advertising, well, we'll find a way. We will make a virtue of necessity. So, as you said web developers must be concerned to deliver their best design, and to me, best design means not only happy clients but also happy user.

Tip to all Lion or Safari 5.1 users. CSSedit will not work with the current safari framework, so use a previous framework from the night build: http://macrabbit.com/blog/tip-cssedit-webkit-nightly/ (the last post will work). Download a previous 4.x build, put it into Applications and then type on terminal this: "DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH="/Applications/WebKit.app/Contents/Frameworks/10.6/" WEBKIT_UNSET_DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH="YES" open -a CSSEdit". Then, ask macrabbit to discontinue that expresso shit and put all his efforts into the best css editor out there.

firefox has just released v6 because they need to override chrome13 asap. Someone please tell them to stop the "I'm bigger than you" war and make a decent browser.
