@ Mathew, within the Xtra Finder folder in `/Library/Application Support/... you will find the uninstall package. Use that, deleting the app wont do.
@ Mathew, I'm unable to directly reply to your reply... You asked if there's any way to find version 0.17.4? Go to your User Library/Application Support/Xtra Finder/ If you update via the app itself, then it will usually store all the version install files in that folder. Hope this helps...
Version 0.18 has come out on Developers' Website and is available via the App itself. The release claims to have fixed all quirks with Mavericks, and previous issues seem to have been dealt with, however, a new issue has cropped up. After updating to 0.18, none of my mounted volumes will show up on the Desktop. This is a big problem... I reset Finder's preferences and caches, reset Xtra Finder's preferences, uninstalled and re-installed Xtra Finder, but nothing changes this issue. When Xtra Finder 0.18 is not installed, Finder reacts and responds fine, but the moment I install Xtra Finder, my mounted volumes disappear from the Desktop!
Correction - Basically there icons on the Desktop aren't showing up. Period. If I go to Desktop, through Finder, I can find my files, but not directly from the Desktop itself
Easy to use. Encoded videos look better than other apps out there. Many encoding codecs. Lacks many 'pro' features.
