I'm finding this error pop up in the Console every time my machine wakes now. Any chance for an update to 64-bit for the new OSes? Console: Error loading ~/Library/ColorPickers/HexColorPicker.colorPicker/Contents/MacOS/HexColorPicker: dlopen(~/Library/ColorPickers/HexColorPicker.colorPicker/Contents/MacOS/HexColorPicker, 265): no suitable image found. Did find: ~/Library/ColorPickers/HexColorPicker.colorPicker/Contents/MacOS/HexColorPicker: no matching architecture in universal wrapper

For whatever reason, RCWebColorPicker does not throw this error and so does load properly, so I'll stick with that.

Right, never mind this comment - updating to the latest version has fixed it.

Aurora used to be solid for me. Eventually I opted to upgrade from version 4 to 5 when the countdown timer duration seemed to slow to between 1/2 to 1/3 of actual speed whenever the alarm window that popped up was in the background (i.e., an alarm set to play music would start on time but last 25 minutes instead of 10 before finally stopping). Now version 5 and the latest OS (10.9.4) has resulted in a mismatch between when the menubar item thinks an alarm should start and when the alarms window actually attempts to start it - this happens whenever you try to edit an alarm already in place, and results in a ton of console log spam. This desync seems fixable by quitting both halves of the application (the dock/window part and the menubar part) and reopening them. I reported this bug to the developer a week ago, yet have heard no response at all to date.

Please consider adding a location field, whether it be as simple as an alphanumeric this-row-this-slot kind of thing or complicated as a grid or map with the location colored in.

Still works fine on Mavericks. I am puzzled as to why Activity Monitor reports that it requires the high performance GPU though - nothing else on my list reports as such.

Did not work in my case; DVD drive makes appropriate preparation noises but then goes silent and the Finder pops up the usual "You inserted a blank DVD. Choose an action..." Granted, I already tried ejecting during restart without success, so it isn't really a surprise that software isn't fixing what is likely a hardware issue. Next stop: Genius Bar.

Download link leads to the App Store, where $0.99 is charged for this program. It is not free. There is no mention of this program on the developer's website.

Version 1.5.2 still works a treat (though Get Info claims it is version 1.0) on Mac OS X 10.8.4. Native joypad support is built in - I'm currently using an old Logitech Precision without issue. In order to configure the controller you'll have to dig through some in-game menus after you've loaded into a slot. There is one annoying bug for me - it doesn't seem to remember that fullscreen large display mode means I want it fullscreen and large the next time I run the game. It keeps switching back to 640x480 in the lower left corner with black filling the rest of the screen; I have to toggle the setting every time I start up in order to fix it.

Correction: the current version is 1.6.2 (which you can find at http://www.solarus-games.org/download/download-zelda-mystery-of-solarus-dx/ )

I requested a feature back in 2010 that the developer consider adding the ability to rotate the floater 90° (ticket #1557) - this would allow placement of song info along the left or right side of the screen, instead of forcing it across the bottom of some already very busy screen real estate. Someone else requested back in early 2012 that the floater hide itself when the only thing it has to say is "iTunes status: not playing" independently of the setting to always display whatever music is currently playing. Both are good ideas, and neither has been implemented yet. That is why I haven't upgraded my old license to the latest version yet. I get the feeling that at this rate I may never do that.
