I really wish they'd make this into a regular Mac app rather than it being a Dashboard widget -- nobody I know really uses the Dashboard anyway even though it is still included in Mac OS X… Other than that this is great software and especially useful when you set it to sync and then have all the information available on all devices…!

This app is one of the worst pieces of Mac software I have ever been forced to use…! Of course I was happy to see that they now have a web service to update my Harmony remote but what a disappointment it turned out to be: First it tells me that my recently updated safari browser wasn't compatible and since it doesn't allow you to use Chrome on the Mac either I had t install Firefox -- only to then find out that it wants me to install Silverlight as well…!? WTF…?!? I love your hardware, Logitech, but your software engineers are lazy-ass moron who don't have a clue about how the Mac works…! :(

Once again I made the mistake of installing a new version using the auto-update feature and once again it was a mess…! :( Instead of icons the toolbar only showed grey squares and the download speed went down to a crawl…! Re-installed the previous version again and everything is back to normal now… Happens way too often with transmission though, it's like they don't even test before releasing an update…!? :-/

Okay, so I went and bought it anyway and I mist admit that this is a really nice app! It is a refreshing take on a Mac mail client and includes several features that I had gotten used to by using third-party add-ons to Apple Mail. Even though I don't really use Gmail actively I've imported all my other mail accounts and it works flawlessly so far. Not sure whether I'll actually switch from Apple Mail for good but I intend to give a try for at least a week or so -- and so should you! :)

Waiting for a localized German version before I jump in…! Actually I am quite happy with Apple's Mail app and don't really see a need to switch to something else but I'm always curious to try out new applications anyway…

Looks like today's 10.8.4 update to OS X broke it…!? Hope there's an update on the way…! :-/

Bought the Family Unlimited plan during the Black Friday weekend sale, even though I found out about it kinda late I still got 60% off, which is quite a bargain…! But had I known that it forces me to install Java on all the machines I want to backup I probably would have passed… The UI is just as ugly as every other Java based app I've been forced to use over the years and I really find Java to be a big fat security hole to begin with…! :-/

The Mac App Store version is still 9.05 and no update showing up -- what's up with that…?! :-/

Does anyone know why this doesn't have an option for sharing to Facebook…?! Both iOS version have the feature so why not the Mac version…? I've contacted the developer via Twitter twice but he chose to ignore my question…

I've been playing around with this app for a few days now and so far I'm really disappointed. I started by importing files from a few folders and after it was done I was shocked to see that it had not only imported PDF files (which I expected) but also TXT and other text related files (still acceptable for such an app) and than a huge load of basically everything else -- thumbnails, jpgs, chat protocols, gifs, even mp3 and audiobook files!? Why isn't there at least some kind of setting to let me choose what I'd like to be imported?! Then I thought I'd just make a "smart library" to sort out all the unwanted crap but again I wasn't able to set it to filter certain file types, most of the filtering options there seem to be contact related anyway. So then I had to go through about a 1,000 files within the app and delete all the unwanted clutter manually, which was rather tedious. That first basic experience was so jarring that I'm not sure whether I even want to continue using this app or even buy it. I mean, if it fails on such a basic level, what's the point? Maybe I'm totally doing it wrong and maybe I'm missing something here and I'm open to suggestions, but until then I'll stick with my opinion and my rating.
