PhotoStickies puts all your favorite pictures on your desktop, as stickies, floating or even borderless. Sticky pictures may reside on your computer, or on the Internet. It displays live Web cams on your desktop, updates them automatically, and even records them like a VCR.
What you can do with PhotoStickies:
Watch your favorite Webcams right on your desktop, keep an eye on the traffic or a weather cam.
Place your children, on your desktop, your house, your boat, or your nuclear satellite.
Use live Web cams as your living desktop picture, such as the Eiffel Tower or New York City, 5th Avenue.

Improved: No more cache database is created in "~/Library/PhotoStickies/" on Mac OS X 10.5.
Improved: Optimized for Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger and Mac OS X 10.5.
Fixed: Experimental fading for "waiting" webcams disabled.
Fixed: Filtering of GIF images possible again on Mac OS X 10.5.
ANDYCHRIST Great app for viewing images without any border. Wish you could resize by dragging corner, but keyboard controls + - do work fine for this so I really can't complain. Lots of options like transparency and float levels add to the fun. Runs so well on my old, legacy iMac that it is now my default viewer. Nice to see that Devon keeps updating the web-cams too. Well worth the twelve bucks. (Version 5.5)
T This is a very nice app for making a desktop picture collage. Was free, but now costs $12. It would have been better priced at about $9. I paid for it, though, because there's no alternative app, or is there? (Version 5.1)
RICARDO Really fine piece of work! No need to fire up XDarwin to launch gqview or some other X-based picture viewer. And it's free! Thanks. (Version 3.6.1)
BUD I am digging this fine piece of work. It's one of the best download surprises I've had. Oh yeah, and it's only like... free! Way to go. (Version 3.6)
