DESCRIPTION
Thirteen AppleScript games (yes, games made with AppleScript!) are included in this archive: Blackjack, Echo, War, Guess the Number, Rock-Paper-AppleScript, Tic-Tac-Toe, Hangman, Scrambler, Matcher, Pico-Fermi-Bagels, Poker, Crazy Eights, and Eight Ball. Most of these games are single player, while some are no-player (Mac plays only) and some are two-player. Games are available as both Classic and OS X versions as separate downloads. Read the included Read Me file for more info.
WHAT'S NEW
Version 1.6 brings 2 new games to the OS X package: Fourmation (like Connect Four) and Find the Cheese (a mind-numbing maze game). Please note that at this point, we are essentially discontinuing further Classic development for these games, so these new games will not become available for OS 8 & 9.
REQUIREMENTS
Mac OS X 10.0 or later, AppleScript, Standard Additions or Display Dialog scripting addition, For Echo, you must have MacInTalk TTS installed as well as the Standard Additions or Say scripting addition (included with various versions of AppleScript).

JOEL NELSON  Make sure you don't have something else to do with your time... and then open this set of games and have fun. The Hangman game can work as a two-player game or single-player (by importing a text file to use). It's probably the one we use the most, although this set has become one of the main games in the Applications folder on each of our Macs.

MAC_USER_169  hey these games are a good 5 second play. I liked the "guess the number" though. Download it if you never want that time back in your life later.
