GenerationX is an OpenSource tool for managing GEDCOM data files on Macs running OS X. It's a brand new tool and has lots of room for improvement. I wrote it for my own use and amusement. Hopefully you'll find it as useful as I do.
LRKIRSCH I'm confused. According to their newest site, the latest release seems to be v3.0a1 from 11/22/06. But when you download that, the app and the ReadMe say that the release expired on 5/1/04, and you can't use the app. (Version 3.0a1)

ANONYMOUS to previous reviewer: GRAMPS is not writting for Mac OS X, it's written for linux and FreeBSD and it requires Gnome. The install is one major pain in the @$$. So, no, it does now show how a program written for Mac OS X should look like, it shows how a program written for Gnome should look like. (Version 2.4.1)
ANONYMOUS I wasn't talking about installation. Gramps is still ten times more easy to use than gen is ever gonna be. period. (Version 2.4.1)
