DESCRIPTION
Code Barre X allows you to draw, create, and save the bar codes EAN13, EAN8, UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN13 Addon and UPC-A Addon (Addon : 2 or 5 additional digits), Code39, ISBN, MSI.
You can chose font, size, and picture format for the save of the drawn bar code and the type of bar code. This software is in French and English.
WHAT'S NEW
Version 2.1:
- deletion of a bug: sometimes, a wrong barcode was generated for EAN13 Addon 2 for EPS picture.
- deletion of a bug: sometimes, a wrong barcode was generated for UPC-A Addon 2 for EPS picture.

ZWILLIAMS To the dev: Stop using StuffIt to compress for distribution. There are tons of better, less bloated, faster, and free compressor tools. Do not force us to download a relic of software because you think it is a de facto standard.

DAVID It cannot create ISBNs. That option is not listed in the preferences.

IN_LIKE_FLYNN Only used the UPC A Code and it works fine. Can't undestand why others are having any problems. Just find a font that fits (Arial 10pt in my case) and straight into P/Shop to make a jpeg for client approval and a 288dpi greyscale tiff for the CD inlay. Take about 3 minutes if that, Brilliant !!

BOBBY It's easy to use and I like the way it uses the default name when I save it, BUT I couldn't get the text to align with the bar code. My clients would never approve a bar code like that.

ANONYMOUS Does not draw accurate bar codes. Human readable text at bottom is misaligned, the drawing itself is poor quality.
