DESCRIPTION
FUNDimensions fundraising software is a database application for small non-profits and schools. It manages the entire fundraising process, helping these often under-staffed organizations to raise more money, identify the best fundraising opportunities, and maintain a personal relationship with donors. Donor profiling, reports for the board of directors, and quick feedback on the progress of campaigns aid fundraisers in reaping the benefits of their technology investments.

ANONYMOUS Being shocked by a expensive app that is just a 'filemaker database' is a bit like being shocked at any expensive app that is a just lot of 'binary code'. (Version 5.1.1)

FRANK MARTIN Thanks, I got a chuckle out of that. But its not a Filemaker database. And, it not expensive, it very cheap, compared to other software in its category. (Version 5.2)

FRANK MARTIN This is not a Filemaker database. In evaluating price, this poster has not done their homework. FUNDimensions competes on a feature basis with products costing from $2300 to $3000 and up. (The most popular package is Raiser's Edge, a Windows only product that starts at about $8000, not including an annual maintenance contract and training. Many NPOs find that FUNDimensions meets their needs, for much less money. And it runs on Mac _or_ Windows.) There are about 50 nonprofits currently using FUNDimensions, and nearly all seem to feel it is both a good value and a powerful aid in the fundraising efforts. A partial list with testimonials is at: http://www.fundimensions.com/general_info/company_profile.html. If you will look at competing products, I think you'd have to admit that FUNDimensions is a hell of a great value. Its 10 years of serious effort on my part, and still under improvement. Its got fabulous documentation, a web site with rich content, and is backed up by fast, personal service directly from the developer. It is mission-critical quality in a true cross-platform product that dozens of users hammer on all day, every day. FUNDimension is really _underpriced_. I challenge anyone who researches similar products to explain otherwise. (Version 4.6.1)
