VERYCARLA I'll tell you what, Daniel. I'll pay $25 for Black Ink when I can use it to create crosswords. Heck, I might even pay $35. Make the program worth $25. Don't just price it there because you think that makes it sound "professional". There are plenty of people who can afford $25 for a one-trick pony like Black Ink, but I'm not one of 'em. (Version 1.0.8)
GRYPHONENT Overpriced. Krosswordz is $8 and has exactly the same functionality. Actually, I think it does look a bit better. The lookup feature is missing... but then again, most people can open a browser themselves. (Version 1.0.6)
DANIEL JALKUT Sorry you feel the price is so great as to warrant a 2-star rating. I think that's pretty harsh, considering the app is still valuable even if you don't personally think it's worth the cost. (Version 1.0.7)

GRYPHONENT Well.. as your app doesn't offer any advantage over the competition, which is 1/3 the price, I've to compare your app on price only, don't I? (Version 1.0.7)

MECHANIST gryphonent, you rated it only two stars for features, and then go on to admit that you only considered the price? So if you don't like the price then the features don't exist? That doesn't even come close to making sense. (Version 1.0.7)

DANIEL JALKUT Mechanist, thanks for noticing that. I'm also curious as to whether the application ever crashed for Gryphonent. I pride myself on the stability in Black Ink, and I am surprised to see it receive only 3 stars in that area. (Version 1.0.7)

JOHN-O Finally! A Universal Crossword app that doesn't suck!! Seriously, this is the reincarnation of MacXword (I believe that's what it was called), whick was bought by a new developer (Daniel Jaikut of Red Sweater Software), and he is being incredibly responsive to feature requests and bug reports. If you're a crossword junkie and have an Intel Mac, this is the app for you. Period. (Version 1.0.2)
