EV  This lousy app never worked. Not once. After having exchanged about 30 e-mails with the support technician, they recognized there was a bug that would not let you send a fax. Meaning the freaking thing is inoperable. I got stiffed by these people, that's all.

DCT  This is absolute garbage. Terrible product, non-existent support. Don't waste your money. If you need fax capability beyond that which is built into Mac OS X, try PageSender.

ZAK1974  I lost lots of time troubleshooting the crappy OS 9 version, their support plainly sucked just like HP's, I turned my back on them and moved on to FaxElite and I would never consider using FaxSTF software again.

GONE IS THE DAY...  What once was...is no more. I echo the sentiments of others when I yearn for a truly business level fax program for the Mac and also place a lot of the blame squarely on the shoulders of Apple for not catering to the business professional. I do not know whether I will upgrade this time as I need powerful faxing software that is multi-featured as was FAXstf ions ago, but lost it when Jaguar arrived. Although being with Mac since 1984, I am cheering for Linux to get better and better and then it adios for me and Mac. Never did care for Windows. Linux baby...yea!

RORY COONEY  FAX STF PRO X does everything it says it will do, and certainly provides a good interface for faxing OS X. It has a number of features that make it an improvement over the built-in faxing in X, like archived sent faxes and notifications.

HOWEVER, my beef with this company and its software is its crazy policy of not allowing downloads after 30 days of a purchased product. You heard right. You BUY the product, and you change computers and don't have a backup, and even though you have a valid purchased serial number, they will not let you download the product again.

So here i am with TWO serial numbers and no product (i know, shame on me for not backing up, but...). Ergo, i'm not buying their product again, no matter how good it is.
