DESCRIPTION
PasswordMaster will help you easily store and organize all your software serial numbers, registration codes and passwords so there’s no more file cabinets filled with printed email messages, no more note pads all over the desk, no more writing numbers down and then shuffling through piles of paper to find the right code. PasswordMaster takes care of all this for you in one, easy to use, powerful, and inexpensive program. And PasswordMaster will also help you create custom passwords for your local network, multiple users, or your email accounts — whatever you need them for. Not only that, PasswordMaster protects your data with 448-bit BlowFish strong encryption.

ME2 I have used this for years, but now, it is tricky on an intel-powerbook. Does anyone know how to import these types of files into another password protect program? Thank you. (Version 1.6.3)

JPROKOS I am sorry to report that after 3 or 4 emails to the developer I have received no response. I am guessing he is no longer working on this software. Don't expect updates. (Version 1.6.3)

JPROKOS Good piece of software, although an update is would be nice to take advantage of some of the upgrades in Mac OS X 10.4. Password generation is not as flexible and complex as it is in other freeware products. Also finding passords can get cumbersome - a search bar would be a welcome addition. (Version 1.6.3)

ANONYMOUS It's a laugh. You set up a password protection and think youre information is secure?Forget it:Any user can start this programm and as soon as he chooses "Restore Data" and chooses your private database, all your serials and passwords are imported into his account. Make sure, your PasswordMaster-Database cannot be accessed by anyone! The author promised a fix for this a year ago but yet came up with nothing. Besides this, this is a fine app - really! JPROKOS The Incorrect Comments Made by AnonymousÂ… "Forget it: Any user can start this programm and as soon as he chooses "Restore Data" and chooses your private database, all your serials and passwords are imported into his account." This had me scared so I started looking around for other software. Then I thought, "Maybe I should verify whether what he/she said is true or not." It's not true. Anyone who tries to access any Password Master file will need to enter the correct password in order to gain access to that file. A password is always required to open any Password Master file. The only weakness this software has are it's limitations on password generation and catergories for passwords. (Version 1.6.3)

JDUNN Yes an outstanding program! I agree with the positive comments below. It does the job with ease and has a really nice gui. Sometimes I generate passwords with RPG and store them with Password Master X, but it does have the ability to generate passwords on it's own too. (Version 1.6.3)

TOM FRIESEN Nice, functional, clean, inexpensive program that does its job well. One star off "ease of use" for mode-oriented editing and viewing, which I found to be the only questionable design implementation. Outstanding! (Version 1.6.1)

ERIC This really is a wonderful program for keeping track of multiple registrations and serials numbers. Excellent improvements in 1.6, specifically for backing up this important information. Excellent value. (Version 1.6)
