Simply add your tables and fields, and create input and output forms using Foundation's templates and inherited forms. Then just switch to the Application environment and use your database.

Foundation is also a collection of 4D methods and forms. You get the 4D source code, so you can do anything you want. This allows you to easily add Foundation features to your current projects.
