DESCRIPTION
Like most operating systems, MacOS X doesn't come out of the box to take full advantage of a high-speed, broadband internet connection. Luckily, because of its Unix base, there's an easy fix for that. By making certain tweaks to your network settings, you may be able to almost double your download speeds.
WHAT'S NEW
Version 1.5 adds an installer package. Fixed Panther system log error on startup.
REQUIREMENTS
Mac OS X 10.3 or later.

NC14UK  Do NOT use this programme.

I installed and not only did it lower my connection speed, but even after uninstalling and repair disk permission my Finder is slow to load a new window. It won't always find my external drive. It's slow to load any other windows.

It repositioned itself in the bottom left of the screen and takes up to 2 minutes for it to recognize my mouse dragging it to the centre.

My machine is slower now due to this programme and I am considering reinstalling the whole of Mac.

Running iBook G4 10.3.9

DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAMME!  (Version 1.5)

GREG THOMAS  Works great! 10% increase on download

speed and 100% increase on upload !!!

Improvements realized on both a 700Mhz

Emac and 1.6Ghz iMac networked on a D-Link

router on a comcast cable modem.

3.41 Mbbps download and 420Kbps upload when tested at www.internetfrog.com.

Definitely warrants a donation...IMHO

Good job and thanks!  (Version 1.5)
