JASONTREND  Our company is small but growing fast, and outgrew our Excel timesheets. We are now using Pacific Timesheet On-Demand (http://www.pacifictimesheet.com) for the last few months and it has really streamlined time tracking, time report and billing. We added payroll integration last month to integrate with our Lawson system, and have seen near 100% adoption across the company. We also started to integrate their time clock, iPhone and Phone in time features, lots of useful features yet very easy to use.

I hope this helps!

REAL ESTATE DEC.  I have used this product for two years and have been happy with it. The good news is that when I have a problem and ask for help, I get help from a real person and not an auto reply telling me to read a document. In fact, I received a call and was walked through a solution after an inquiry. That response and well intended assistance motivated me to write this review and a thank you for helping me. The price is right, the product works and the support is the best ever.

JASONTREND  We evaluated that product but went with Pacific Timesheet instead (http://www.pacifictimesheet.com). We needed payroll (Lawson) and iPhone support, and wanted a web-based software solution. We then discovered that they support phone time record, and time clock. I highly recommend them!

PUTNAM  TimeCache 6.1 is a simple, easy to use time tracker and invoicer. I now can have multiple billing rates and have been able to capture time I otherwise would have lost. For years [as an architect] I avoided time billing jobs due to the hassle of tracking. It is a distinct improvement to a conventional time sheet since multiple projects with multiple clients, job numbers and the like can be managed while you work. This is by far the simplest and most elegant application I have used in my 30 years as an architect. I expect it to pay for itself 100 times over in the next year.

RICHARD DUNN  Hopefully my estimate of the product will improve after using it for a while but my initial response is poor due to installation issues and two crashes within the first hour of use.

I don't find the help to be particularly well written or clear, although minimally adequate.

JUSTIN  We have been using ClickTime for a few years, and we've been very happy with it. It's web-based, so there is no software to install and maintain. Highly recommended for any organization that wants to keep track of how time is spent.

KATHY  I have been using TimeCache for about five years. It is amazingly easy to use and the support is both personal and prompt. The upgrades are seamless -- your old data is automatically converted for the new version. There are many options for reporting which I use for creating invoices and for watching my business. The most important thing for me, however, is that it keeps me on task. If I know that clock is ticking, I don't get distracted by other tasks (or games or web surfing!).

MATT  I've been using Timecache since the middle of 2003 and I have to say that it is the best tool I have ever been able to find to assist with timekeeping with my Graphic Design business. My small 2 person shop owns 2 copies and creating reports and entering time is convenient and easy. The developers are great too and quick to respond to questions. The best there is, especially for the price.

TORYALAI HART  Great interface, totally stable under OS 10.2.3 (a rarity), phenomental help menu; I tired it and bought it in under an hour. I also demo'd A&E, Project timer X, Project Desktop, and Timetrack over a period of a week prior to finding Timecahce. If you do not need to run simultaneous timers, this is great. The only other limitation that I have experienced (48 hours of use) is that it does not seem to allow a user to parse past records while a timer is going. Technically speaking, I shouldn't need this but have wished for it a few times so far.
