M. LUTHER GREAT app. I maintain 5 Macs, and have purchased and owned close to two dozen Macs over the years. It is great to have an app like this with all its information. Easily 5 starts, especially given that its free. (Version 5.0.5)

ONTHESCREEN NAME This great app allows you to find out what, when, plus a lot more on Apple Mac, previous Clone Macs, peripherals and devices. New Apple products can get updated into the list, too! Essential in previewing what a certain Mac needs (RAM Type/configuration/etc.) and will be like (Start-up sound, screen resolution, ports, plus much more info), and to compare, check and reference all the vintage and latest Mac computers, peripherals and devices like the iPod family. Definitely worth having around in your own Mac Library. Because even though you may be able to get all of this information online somewhere, it may be scattered over several sites, and maybe you will need to view the library offline, nicely and well. Great history comments also! (Version 5.0.6)

KBEAT An incredibly handy application when maintaining a mixed environment of old and new Macs. Also, it's simply a lot of fun to review the history of Macs for anyone who remembers using the old machines. (Version 5.0)
