	Oct 11 2009	HEKLAZ Is this with or without Rosetta? I have a snowleopard w/o Rosetta and I get an "rastertoescp deny file-write* /private/var/spool/cups/Library" error. (And does the printer utility work via Airport?) (Version 2.1)		0

QUORTZ I have Rosetta installed, but I'm not sure how to determine if it's being used in this case? I don't think so though, because previous to Snow Leopard, I never had this Epson Printer Utility Lite... I had Epson Printer Utility2 and Epson Printer Utility3. Those two utilities remained on my drive after I updated to OS 10.6, but they wouldn't work at all. The new "Lite" utility worked fine, but not until this driver update 2.1 would it show the ink levels for the printer on the AirPort network. So yes, the "Lite" utility is working over AirPort. But in addition to head cleaning and adjustment, it now displays the ink levels, finally (I wasn't able to check the ink levels on the AirPort printer under Leopard either... it would just say, "Information is unavailable.").

	Oct 11 2009	QUORTZ Before trying this install on my MacBook Pro (late '07 model, OS 10.6.1), I ran Software Update. SU indeed wanted to update the drivers for my Epson RX680 (and CX7800, which is a network printer on AirPort). Afterward, both printers perform just fine, and now the Epson Printer Utility Lite shows the ink levels for the AirPort printer... something I have never been able to do since putting that printer on a network. So, I'm a happy camper. (Version 2.1)		0

The older comments are important to show the historical praise and complaints of the apps, as well as the developer's attitude toward responding to any bugs. People should have this info to help decide if they want to buy an app. If someone is too dumb to look at the date and filter comments accordingly, that's their problem. (Version 2.1)		+3

TIM27 No, software update did NOT find Epson's print driver update for my R1800. It would not work until I went to Epson's website and downloaded the appropriate driver.

	Jan 21 2005	LORRAINE I am having a problem since I updated my emac software from MAC OS 9 to MAC OS X version 10.3.4... I cannot find drivers from on any site. for the Mustek 1200 UB Plus scanner and the Epson Stylus C 60 printer that i have connected to my computer!!!!! I have assignments , my thesis to do and I am blocked ... I am jsut freaking out!!!! Can't use the scanner neither the printer.... Can u please let me know what should I do even I have to by the drivers as long as I can use my Printer and scanner ASAP!!!! Thanks alot for your attention!!!! (Version 1.1)		0

HEZ Try the Gimp drivers...do a google for gimp drivers OS X and you will find the link.

They will work for both your scan/printer.
