HTML Converter CLI is the command line version of HTML Converter application. Command line version is available for various platforms including Mac OS X, SunOS, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, NetBSD and various distributions of Linux.
HTML Converter will analyze your documents before converting, so generic HTML code, PHP and ASP commands, JavaScript code and CSS definitions will be handled correctly.
Version 2.0's engine is now open source and about 10 times faster than previous version. Support for ISO Latin-1 encoding is also added. HTML Converter 2.0 is now 100% native Mac OS X application, but its conversion engine can be used also on other platforms such as Linux or SunOS.
VIKTOR Sorry, could not expect the board to interpret HTML-Tags. What I wanted to say is, HTML Converter will touch code in between XMP and PRE-Tags, which is not too delightful when you are working with larger source code blocks in your html pages for example. (Version 2.0)
VIKTOR This program really gets a simple job done very well. But be careful: It is not too intelligent, it will, for example, touch your code in between , respectively which is what certainly nobody wants. I have however not discovered any other bugs so far. (Version 2.0)
