BLACKSMITH_TB The color palette of the original was taken from a Jackson Pollack painting, titled Shimmering Substance.

ARVIDTP Well, a good place to take a color palette from! I looked at some of the other algorithms at http://www.complexification.net/ and some are quite astonishing.
