Workhorse is an application created with Applescript Studio to automate file transfers based on several options the user inputs. It is powered by a strong shell backend.

It includes the ability to create timed file transfer/deletion tasks based on file type, file name, and date modified (minutes, hours, and days). Mirroring is also supported in this version. Transfers are controlled by time. Run them in timed increments or at a particular time of the day.

It also includes the ability to run applescript's on a schedule as well.
