DESCRIPTION
InkLevel is a utility for checking ink levels and printer status. You can check ink levels and printer status of Canon, EPSON and HP printers that are connected to your USB port or AirPort base station. And a network printer that is discovered by Bonjour is also available. This is probably only software that can show ink levels of your printer connected to AirPort base station. Also this is useful when you are using multiple printers of different vendors.

RONL  I went to purchase this through PayPal and the price is $7.49 instead of $5.00!!!

    What gives?

Makes me very concerned about buying this. Fifty percent more than is listed? NOT GOOD!

    KRIS  Question:

Is there any chance I could use this with my Ricoh Alficio3500N?

RONL  I have only used this once, so this may be premature, but it seems to work fine.

Truly hope this is accurate (which I won't know until after I have paid the $5.00 since my 7 ink cartridges are still well over half full).

I use the Gutenprint drivers which I find are excellent and they even have a printer utility which works great... however the one thing it does not include is the ability to display ink levels.

This will be a great addition and will be well worth the price... again... if it is accurate.

MTCOBRA  Although the new dock icon is attractive, the program would not run. It immediately crashed with report every time. Thank goodness for Time Machine. I'll wait for the NEXT revision.

DOUGLAS_2  Delete the InkLevel folder in ApplicationSupport and the Preference .plist file. Relaunch and enter your serial number and it should work now. At least it has worked a couple of times for me.

ROGER KATZ  InkLevel version 1.25 worked perfectly for me (as it always has) - MacOS 10.5.8 (Leopard), MacBook Pro (17").

ROGER KATZ  This is an absolutely GREAT HELP for me to watch ink levels in my Epson RX620 over my Airport network. I am using MacOS 10.5.8. I bought it within a few minutes of trying it out - and it has been a valuable help to me every day since I got it.

DR. GIRLFRIEND  Canon's driver finally reports ink levels in Snow Leopard, so if you're a Canon user, give that a try first.
