    DJEFIS  This is the first time that I must resign me not to use a paid product.

    After 5 days of attended and anybody answer the serial continuous to call me Pirate!

    Thanks, I have received the registration of the personal Serial number.

    I hope that the next time I could do this operation more quickly.

    DJEFIS  I have bought VideoK yesterday and I don't succeed in register it yet.

    Nobody answered by the producer and a popup that tells me that my serial number is pirate.

    So many premises but nothing in concrete.

    It is not the first time that happens with this company.

    I had KVideoPod Pro what time it doesn't exist anymore and I don't succeed in knowing if my old license allows me discounts on the purchase of VideoK, that I have done by now already.

    In short, a beautiful disappointment!

    YOSHINATSU  Says for me the license file is damage, or doesn't exist.
