ERIC WOEHLER  Preview does this also - just open all the PDF files you want to concatenate, make sure the sidebar is showing on all the files, then simply drag and drop the thumbnails from one sidebar onto the sidebar of the file you want to combine the additional files. You can do a 'select all' and drag a bunch of thumbnails from one sidebar to another etc etc untill all the files are present in one file, then save/save as and all done..
