Glynx is the world’s first automated contact manager and social communication platform that works peer-to-peer.
Kind of like Plaxo meets Skype.
Like many web 2.0 products it is about creating one or more online personas and sharing information with others. Unlike every other web 2.0 application there is no central database - your information is stored on your computer and only shared with others under your control - via encrypted connections.
Glynx affords its users true privacy and control.
For example, once we connect in Glynx, my address book is updated with your contact details as they may change in real time - without any third party observing my details, your details or our online relationship.
REQUIREMENTS
Mac OS X 1.4 or later. Glynx for Mac OS X reqiures Java for Mac OS X to be installed. On Mac OS X 10.4 the minimum java version must be Java for Mac OS X 10.4 release 5.
